What is the G.E.D.
The GED test is made up of 4 subjects: Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science. Each subject is a separate test and can be spaced out depending on your pace
GED Passing Score: | 145 To earn high school equivalency, you’ll need to score 145 or higher on all four subjects. |
GED College Ready | 165-174 Scoring above 165 (on any test subject) means you have demonstrated you are ready to take college level courses and you may qualify for waivers from placement testing |
GED College Ready + Credit: | 175-200 Scoring above 175 (on any test subject) means you have demonstrated skills that could qualify for up to 10 college credit hours |
