  • “Written notice” means an email sent to info@bridginggapusa.com, text message, phone call or a signed withdrawal form delivered in person to BGAP’s front desk during business hours.
  • Failure to provide a valid notice will result in a charge for the next month’s tuition, regardless of attendance.
  • If a withdrawal notice is provided after tuition has been billed, that tuition remains payable in full and is non-refundable.

6. Declines, Disputes, Chargebacks, and Collections

  • By signing this agreement, the parent/guardian agrees not to initiate any payment disputes or credit card chargebacks for services rendered or payments made in accordance with these policies.

  • Dismissal for misconduct does not entitle the student to any refund, credit, or fee reduction.

9. Policy Updates

Parents/guardians will be notified of significant changes via email to the address on file. Continued enrollment after the effective date of an updated policy will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

BGAP reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or best practices.

When updates occur, the revised policy will be posted on BGAP’s official website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy will be changed.
